FidèlPro is a digital loyalty card designed in France for local shops: restaurants, bakeries, cafés, hair salons, beauty salons, butchers, florists and many more.
Our idea is simple: give small shops the loyalty tools of the big chains, with no app for their customers to download, no hardware to buy and no complexity.
What we do
- A card on your customers' phones: they scan a QR code and the card opens, on iPhone and Android alike.
- Cheat-proof rewards: visits validated at the till, prizes with a single-use code.
- Customers who come back: offers with photos, off-peak hours, reminders, birthdays, Google reviews, referral.
- Measured results: every month, the number of customers who came back and what they're worth in euros.
