How reviews are published. All reviews received are published, whether positive or negative, in order of publication date, usually within 48 hours. They are not paid for. A review is only rejected if it contains insulting or unlawful remarks, other people's personal data, is not about FidèlPro, or if its author has not used the service; the author is then told the reason by email. “Verified customer” means the review was posted from a FidèlPro merchant account, or that we checked the author really was a customer. You can ask for your review to be changed or removed at any time via the contact page.
